one hundred words for an empty vessel (2017) artist-book,  42pp.

As part of this project commissioned by the Antarctic Biennale, artists were provided with a list of 100 words and asked to write a journal entry while in Antarctica, using one or more of the words provided. These words had been previously collected as part of a one-on-one performance for Proximity Festival at the Art Gallery of Western Australia (AGWA), during which 100 people were presented with an ink blot echoing the shape of Antarctica and asked to respond with the first word that entered their mind. one hundred words for an empty vessel comprises the journal entries, a selection from the original list of words and a series of line drawings taken from the Antarctic coastline.

This project was presented at the Antarctic Pavillion in Venice, 2017.
